By accessing and using LilyTech's lead generation and social media advertising platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LilyTech provides an AI-powered lead generation and social media advertising platform that helps businesses discover, target, and convert high-quality leads across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other emerging platforms.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access our services, you must complete our qualification process by submitting a contact form. We review all applications and only provide access to qualified businesses. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate LilyTech, a LilyTech employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that we deem to be in conflict with the spirit or intent of these Terms

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are offered on a campaign basis with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per campaign depending on the advertising platform selected. All new clients receive a 30-day consultation period at no cost. Payment is due only after the consultation period if you choose to continue with our services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LilyTech and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LilyTech, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilyTech excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
